Overview
We the ISA~, are a HALO:Combat Evolved clan.
First off, ISA stands for Independent Stealth Army. We are a small army/clan who specializes in Sniping, Stealth, teamwork, and fair play. We will show NO mercy to our opponents. we recruit the best of the best snipers. We are lead by our leader, ISA~sniper, is a skilled tactical leader. We, the ISA~ clan are hoping to grow, to become a great clan, and hopefully move to Halo 2 for windows vista, which ISA~sniper is working on.

Ranks
The ISA is composed of 4 ranks, which are in order of importance. All new recruits start off as Marksman, but are able to move up in ranks once skill, teamwork, and hard work is shown:
-Leaders-there are three leaders, Sniper (xfire=Aussiesniper33)
-Sniper-these are the clans most looked upon Members, who have shown excellent sniping ability and teamwork. they will be in charge when a leader is not present at a KW(clan war).
-Soldier-these men or women will be on the front lines. if a leader of sniper is not in a server, then the highest soldier will be in charge.
-Vehicle Personal-These people will be in Hogs, Shees, or tanks, they will be called upon if needed to be soldiers.
-Trial-before you are accepted into the clan you are a trial

Rules
The ISA~ inspires their members/soldiers to follow the nine rules place into order by our leader scythe:
I. Member conduct
1. Respect the clan leadership structure. Obey orders given by command members and those of higher rank than yourself and respect their decisions. if you feel there is a significant problem with a decision that was made, please contact a member through xfire; keep it reasonable.
2. Active clan members must stay in touch with the clan and keep command informed of their status in the clan. members are expected to be available for matches and clan wars on call. Members must report practices they will be missing on the forum or xfire. members who fail to report to 2 weeks worth of practices in a row will be removed to the reserves until they confirm their status.
3. There will be no "Double Clanning" members and recruits may not join or be part of any Halo PC, or Halo PC trial clans or divisions
4. Avoid cussing or taking part in problems or disputes with your clan mates, members of other clans, or other games you encounter. Always show respect and courtesy.
5. There is to be no discrimination based on sex, race, or religion.
II. General In-Game Conduct
1. while you bear your SS~ tags you are to show the utmost respect and courtesy to other players. Your tags represent ISA~ so disrespect and stupidity is an act against the entire clan.
2. Follow the server rules. If the server you are playing in has rules, follow them completely, or do not play in that server. this includes general-non-written rules such as intentional team killing.
3. Always be a good sport. Do not complain about server or weapon tactics used by your opponents. If you encounter something like this that makes the game unplayable for you then leave the server.
III. ISA~ server rules
1. Show general respect to other players in the server. If you have a problem with another player, bring it to one of the SS~ members in the server and an admin will be consulted if necessary. Do not continue to engage in pointless arguments. Help to keep the atmosphere in the server friendly.
2. Please not that players may be kicked to allow room for ISA~ members.
3. Any use of hacks such as aimbot,or anything else will result in permanent ban from the server. Players may be asked to perform aimbot tests or be "site jacked" by admins. at any time.
4. Just chill and enjoy the game!
